Danny Giray–Narrator

Daniel Giray is a touring Artist-in-Schools for Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts, teaching workshops for pre-school teachers. He is the Artistic Director of the Young Extensions Children's Dance Theatre, and teaches at the outreach program of the Zohar School of Dance in Palo Alto, California where he is currently the California Arts Council's Artist-in-Residence. He is perhaps better known to children as "Danny G" from his former children's dance and movement show entitled "Danny G's Incredible Learning Fun Times." His background includes training in jazz, modern, ballet, musical theater, and children's dance therapy.

Daniel has performed traditional Southern Philippine dance and music to audiences nationwide. He is a member of the international touring Mindinao Kulintang Ensemble and now leads the new Kulintang Dance Theatre as Musician/Dancer & Choreographer based in the Bay area. Daniel has taught at S.F. State and in the "Dance in Schools" program of the San Francisco Ballet. This is the third year he has been the narrator for People Like Me.
